When, like me, you’re (ahem) over 55, you realize that all your bed linens wear out at the same time so they all must be replaced at the same time. Ditto for the other item(s) I mentioned. That time is here. I wish you a happy, peaceful, and contented new year. They’re saying that contentment is the new happiness. I live about 75 minutes from Tampa, did you still our heat (LOL)

What would I spend the $100.00 on?

well there is so many things
our furnace is broke so we have no heat
I’m unemployed and have no money so could keep it for my emergency fund
most likely I would use some of it to buy food, although it would be totaly awesome to have a night at the beach, ok stop dreaming back to reality
    food is my final answer

Thank you so very much for giving me a chance to be a winner
Thank you for all your time, effort and hard work

I would put it in our savings account to adopt a child. We haven’t had kids after 5 doctors and 4 years. We are now on our path to foster/adopt a child, but it is soooo expensive for home visits, background checks, etc. That’s what I would do with it. I would be a step closer to starting my family with my wonderful husband.

    Thanks for the chance.

With an extra $100 cash, I would buy myself a winter coat. I never get the chance to do much in the way of ‘extras’ for myself… I always get what the kids want or need and pay the bills, buy groceries, ect and there is never much, if anything, left after all of that. So with this, I would use it for myself and get a nice, warm Winter coat so I can stop wearing the 5 yr old one my mother-in0law got me for Christmas in 2005. I’ve repaired the heck out of that thing and sewn buttons back on it more times than I can count. The detachable hood went MIA over a year ago and I want nothing more than a new coat this year!
