Tuesday Is 7/11, and That Means It’s Free Slurpee Day at 7-Eleven

It’s so insanely hot outside, we could really go for a Slurpee right now.

Conveniently, it turns out that Tuesday is July 11 — 7/11 — which means it’s Slurpee Day at 7-Eleven. And that means everyone gets a free Slurpee.

It’s true. Anyone who walks into a 7-Eleven, Stripes or Speedway store on Tuesday can grab a small Slurpee at no charge. (All those places are owned by the same company.)

Even better: If you play your cards right, you can get up to three free Slurpees.

“This Slurpee Day we’re multiplying the fun by giving our customers three opportunities to enjoy their favorite frozen drink for free,” said Marissa Jarratt, an executive VP at 7-Eleven.

How to Get Three Free Slurpees

Here’s the catch: To get all those free Slurpees, they want you to join their rewards club and download their app.

(That’s what this whole promo is really about: Getting you into their rewards program, and getting their app on your phone.)

Between now and Monday, July 10, 7Rewards and Speedy Rewards members can get an additional free Slurpee.

And on Saturday, July 8, loyalty members who order through 7Now Delivery, 7-Eleven’s in-app order and delivery service, can get yet another free Slurpee. First you have to download the 7Now app from the Apple Store or Google Play.

Now the only question is, which free Slurpee should you get? You’ve got your classic flavors like cherry, Coca-Cola, blue raspberry, peach and pina colada. If you’re feeling fancy, you could try one of the limited-edition flavors currently available: summertime citrus, hibiscus lemonade, Sprite Lymonade Legacy, or Fanta zero-sugar dragon fruit.

And if you drink your Slurpee fast enough, you could get a brain freeze.

That should help cool you off in this heat.
