  • This coupon expires on Oct. 15, 2018, so you’ll need to complete the application at a brick-and-mortar location before then.

5. Suntrust — Earn Up to $300 When You Open a New Checking Account

  • Deposit an additional $100 within 14 days of opening your account, have at least $500 in direct deposits within 60 days and make at least 10 debit card purchases within 60 days.
  • Earn $100 if you open an Essential Checking account, $200 for Select Checking or $300 for Signature Advantage.
  • The bonus will be credited to your account within eight weeks after meeting the qualifications.
