Asurion Is Hiring a Sales and Customer Service Rep in Texas ($14.50/Hr)

Asurion, a consumer electronics insurance company, needs a Texas resident to join its customer care team full time. As a customer care representative, you’ll handle a blend of customer service and sales responsibilities.

To qualify, you’ll need a high school diploma or GED, plus six months of experience in customer service and sales. You’ll also need enough tech savvy to pass the company’s readiness assessment. 

Some evenings, weekends and holiday hours are required.

Responsibilities include:

  • Helping customers with issues or questions related to technological device replacement, upgrades and warranty coverage.
  • Selling tech support, tech protection or other services on each call.

Applicants for this position must have:

  • At least six months of experience in sales and customer service.
  • A distraction-free home office that meets the work-from-home technical requirements.
  • The ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
