BroadPath Is Filling Full-Time Dental Insurance Customer Service Jobs

Here’s a customer service job you can really sink your teeth into.

BroadPath Healthcare Solutions is searching for applicants who want to apply their previous dental-insurance experience to a full-time, remote position in the field. BroadPath categorizes these jobs as “projects,” which typically last between six and nine months.

However, “once a project comes to an end, we work to ensure associates in good standing (performance, attendance, etc.) are placed on the next available project as soon as possible,” the website says.

At least a year of related experience with dental insurance is required, while some work-from-home experience is preferred. Positions at BroadPath typically require two weeks of paid training, and the company supplies any equipment required for the job.

BroadPath provides health care services to businesses and insurance providers in the public and private sector. Though based in Tucson, Arizona, its workforce is primarily remote and spans 47 states. However, jobs are available nationwide.

According to reviews on Glassdoor, remote employees must use specific software dubbed the BHive Platform. This software requires a live webcam feed during working hours for direct access to team members So if you’re not comfortable being on camera, this might not be the gig for you.
