Hilton Grand Vacations is hiring an entry-level collector to work from home full time.

You will need to have a flexible schedule, as you may need to work between Monday and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls while handling collections. You will also help owners understand the terms and conditions regarding their ownership and contracts.

You must have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of experience in a related field. You also will need to be certified in call skills and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).

Entry-Level Collector

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing collection activity.
  • Maintaining phone activity and contact percentages.
  • Maintaining support documentation related to the handling of any owner account.
  • Helping other team members with daily processes and procedures.
