This Fulfillment Coordinator Job Requires Customer Service Experience

Amplify, a K-12 curriculum and assessment creator, is seeking an order fulfillment coordinator to join its customer operations team on a contract basis. You’ll be responsible for email monitoring, data entry, tracking customer orders and team training support. 

This remote job is available anywhere in the U.S.

You should have a bachelor’s degree in business or in a similar field, along with at least  customer service experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Tracking customer orders.
  • Prioritizing issues depending on their severity and service legal agreement.
  • Interpreting technical documentation.
  • Participating in training for tech products.

Applicants for this position must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a similar field.
  • Understanding of office software, including Google and Microsoft products.
  • Customer service experience.
