Help everything run smoothly at The Princeton Review, a tutoring and test prep company, as an administrative assistant. This is a part-time, work-from-home position that is available anywhere in the U.S.
You will be performing administrative functions, and will serve as the first contact for students and parents.
You must have at least one year of experience in office administration or the equivalent, and you should be proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel. You must also have strong written and oral communication skills.
Administrative Assistant at The Princeton Review
Responsibilities include:
- Managing administrative office functions.
- Acting as the first contact for students and parents via phone and email.
- Helping with student concerns.
- Scoring and scanning tests.
Applicants for this position must have:
- At least one year of experience in office administration or the equivalent.
- Written and oral communication skills.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel
- Prior customer service experience is preferred.
