Got a Degree or Experience? This College Is Hiring an Admissions Rep

Galen College of Nursing is hiring an online admissions representative. This is a full-time remote position available anywhere in the U.S.

You will be helping students with their online enrollment, serving as the main point of contact and providing guidance.

You must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. While experience in college enrollment is preferred, it’s not required. You should, however, have excellent customer service skills.

Online Admissions Representative at Galen College of Nursing

Responsibilities include:

• Guiding students through the enrollment process.
• Communicating with prospective online students via phone calls, emails and text, and maintaining records of interactions.
• Notifying students of acceptance into the program, and orienting students to policies, course registration and the online learning environment.
• Following up with prospective students who received an admissions appointment.

Applicants for this position must have:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Customer service skills.
• Experience in student enrollment in a college or academic setting preferred.
• Experience with Recruit and Colleague preferred.
