American Express Travel & Lifestyle Services is hiring a team leader to manage and mentor a team of travel consultants.

The remote job is available anywhere in the U.S.

You will be onboarding new hires, evaluating your team’s performance, providing feedback and conducting team meetings.

You must have at least one year of experience in direct leadership or mentoring, coaching or developing a team. You also need at least one year of experience in a service-focused environment. Strong analytical skills are necessary.

• Selecting and onboarding new hires.
• Evaluating team’s performance and providing coaching and feedback.
• Building individual development and action plans. 
• Ensuring outstanding service.
• Conducting team meetings.

Applicants for this position must have:

• At least one year of direct leadership experience or experience in mentoring, coaching and developing a team.
• At least one year experience in a service-focused environment.
• Analytical aptitude.
• Strong coaching skills.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
