Groundfloor, a real estate investment company, is hiring a remote customer support specialist.

This is a full-time job, and hours are expected to be 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST weekdays.

Responsibilities include building customer relationships; improving the customer service experience; and taking inbound calls and digital requests from investors.

You must have a bachelor’s degree or three years of experience in a similar role; experience with CRM systems; and real estate or finance experience.
