Squarespace, a website building company, is hiring a customer support associate.

You must live in Arizona, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, New Mexico, Tennessee or Utah. 

This is a full-time remote position expected to pay $17.55 per hour, plus $100 per month remote compensation. You will be required to attend mandatory virtual training from July 29 to Aug. 9 in CST.

Responsibilities include responding to customer live chats and emails; typing; and troubleshooting customer questions.

You must have at least one year of customer service experience; multitasking ability; and the ability to work a 40-hour week including some weekends and holidays.
