Wayfair Needs Customer Service Reps Who Speak Spanish and English ($16/Hr)

Online home goods retailer Wayfair is hiring customer service specialists who are fluent in Spanish and English. The job pays $16 an hour and you could earn quarterly bonuses up to $2,000.

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact with customers and will need to build relationships with them via phone calls and emails. 

In addition to being bilingual, you should have a track record of working in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Helping customers with returns, refunds, delivery status and back-order inquiries. 
  • Meeting company customer-satisfaction and efficiency metrics.
  • Representing Wayfair in a professional manner over the phone and by email. 

Applicants for this position must have:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience working in a “high-volume environment.”
  • Hard-wired internet connection.
