Work as a Customer Sales Rep for Farmers Insurance (Benefits Included)

Farmers Insurance is hiring a customer service representative to work from home in Michigan, Tennessee, South Carolina, North Carolina or Florida.

Work hours are weekdays from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST and weekends from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST. Most of the shifts are 10 hours, four days per week. 

You will be explaining insurance and eligibility information and solutions to customers. To be able to do this, you will need to become an expert on Farmers’ products, services and strategies. 

You must have a high school diploma or the equivalent, along with at least one year of customer service experience.

• Explaining insurance and eligibility information and solutions to customers.

• An understanding of Microsoft Office.
