In this role, you’ll respond to customers’ questions via chat and phone. You’ll need a flexible schedule, as the hours may vary.

  • Responding to customer feedback and questions over the phone and via chat.

Applicants for this position must have:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment, navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Time management and multitasking skills.
  • At least one year of experience in a call center environment is preferred.
