Asurion, a provider of device insurance and warranties, is hiring a remote inbound sales and technical support expert to assist customers with their tech and product questions. This is a full-time, work-from-home position starting at $17 per hour plus sales incentives (up to $10 per sale). It also includes a full benefits package.

Responsibilities include:

• Engaging customers through inbound calls.
• Helping customers join Asurion through subscription-based products.
• Understanding customers’ needs to find the appropriate, personalized product solutions.
• Troubleshooting technical support to resolve customer issues.

Applicants for this position must have:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of product service support experience or electronics troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with operating systems and mobile devices.
• Prior sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office .
