Team Manager — Customer Service and Tech Support at Sutherland
Responsibilities include:
- Managing a team while developing and training members.
- Managing service and performance quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Creating reports to relay important information in a timely manner.
- Encouraging recognition and implementing motivational programs.
Applicants for this position must have:
- At least two years of experience managing a team remotely.
- Time management skills with the ability to track multiple schedules and initiatives.
- The ability to take the reins and make improvements and resolve issues on a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A team-building mentality with the willingness to reach out proactively to create relationships and build rapport.
