Responsibilities include:

• Answering inbound patient calls to resolve billing questions
• Documenting patient calls and results

Applicants for this position must have:

• HS diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 20 mbps download/10 mbps upload speed home internet service
• Call center or customer service experience
• Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret complex documents
• Experience with MS Office 
• Detail-oriented mindset 
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
