This is a full-time remote position paying $15-$20 per hour.
Responsibilities include answering, screening and forwarding all incoming support requests; escalating incoming calls; and helping with the upkeep of the ticketing system.
You must have great verbal and written communication skills; customer service skills; and the availability to work 35-40 hours per week.
