The Healthy Back Institute Is Hiring a Remote Customer Retention Agent
The Healthy Back Institute is hiring a customer retention agent to help their customers through their health journey so they can find pain relief naturally. In this fully remote job, you’ll communicate with as many as 50 or more customers per day.
Successful candidates will have at least a year of experience in inside sales. Benefits include, health insurance, performance-based bonuses, a 401(k), paid time off and company discounts.
Customer Retention Agent at The Healthy Back Institute
- Engaging with as many as 50 to 65 customers per day to drive revenue.
- Upselling products from the company’s line.
- Communicating customer success stories Healthy Back Institute team.
Applicants for this position must have:
- One year of experience performing inside sales with proven ability to drive company growth.
- One year of customer service experience.
- One year of remote work experience.
- Proficiency with various CRM’s, Google Suite, Asana, and other core systems central to HBI.
- Ability to take a rotating Saturday shift.
- Availability to work occasional evening shifts, as needed.
- Ability to type 30 words per minute. Other skills tests will be a part of the interview process.
