The nationwide pet insurance provider is hiring multiple customer service representatives — aka happiness managers — across 13 states.

The full-time, remote positions are available to residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Massachusetts, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon and Pennsylvania.

You should have at least two years of customer-facing experience to qualify. Bonus points if you’re Spanish-English bilingual and/or have call-center experience.

Some night, weekend and holiday shifts may be required.

Customer Service Representative (Happiness Manager) at Petplan

Responsibilities include:

  • Handling a high volume of incoming and outgoing phone calls.
  • Answering inquiries via phone, email and chat.
  • Helping policy holders understand the claims, billing and coverage processes.
  • Documenting all customer interactions.

Applicants for this position must have:

  • At least two years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Proficiency with phone applications, web browsers and G-Suite software.
  • Call-center experience preferred.
  • Spanish-English bilingualism preferred.
  • High-speed internet connection (100 Mbps download, 30 Mbps upload speeds).
  • A dedicated, quiet home-office space.
