This is a full-time job for anyone living in Colorado, Oregon or Washington, and it begins April 15. The expected salary ranges from $48,000-$56,000.

Responsibilities include helping customers via live chat and email, troubleshooting complex customer issues and working with teammates.

You must be available to work 40 hours per week including possible holidays and weekends, you must have a dedicated office space with a door that can close and you need to have excellent grammar and spelling skills.
