Ancestry Is Hiring a Full-Time Writer (No Degree Required)
The genealogy site Ancestry is hiring a UX/support center writer. This is a full-time position which may be done from home from anywhere in the United States.
You will be creating content answering customer questions; reviewing and updating support articles; and partnering with a team to translate content into other languages.
While no UX experience is necessary, you should be comfortable with the UX and content creation processes. You also need to be organized and have problem-solving skills.

- Partnering with the localization team to translate content into other languages.
