Are You An Early Bird? WFH as a Creator/Customer Support Specialist for VidIQ

VidIQ, a SaaS product, is hiring a creator/customer support specialist.

This is a full-time remote position where you’ll be working from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. PST, including some weekends. Pay is not disclosed. 

Responsibilities include answering customer questions, troubleshooting technical issues and collecting feedback from users.

You must have great written and verbal communication skills, at least two years of experience providing customer support and an understanding of YouTube and other social media platforms.
