Cardinal Health is hiring a senior customer service representative.

This is a full-time weekday-only position, and your hours would be 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. The anticipated hourly wage ranges from $17.60 to $25.19.

You will be responsible for helping customers with medical billing, reimbursement and product change requests.

The right candidate has a high school diploma, GED or certification. The company also prefers someone with three years of experience, along with an understanding of medical billing and insurance verification.

Senior Customer Service Representative for Cardinal Health

Responsibilities include:

• Providing customer service.
• Handling customer order fulfillment, backorders, product change requests and more.
• Reviewing customer feedback and complaints. 

Applicants for this position must have:

• A high school diploma, GED or certification preferred.
• Three years of experience preferred.
• Medical billing experience preferred.
