Chatbooks Is Hiring Seasonal Customer Service Reps in 17 States

Chatbooks, a company that makes photo books, cards, prints and wall tiles, is hiring seasonal customer support representatives. These are part-time positions, and applicants must be located in Arkansas, Arizona, California, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Louisiana, MIssouri, MOntana, North Carolina, New Jersey, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin or New York. 

You can work one of two schedules: weekdays with occasional weekends or Friday through Tuesday. Either way, you must work at least 15 hours each week but may work as many as 30 hours each week.

The starting salary is $12 per hour, and those who qualify will receive visional and dental insurance, as well as paid time off. 

There is a required one-month remote training over the phone before you officially start the job. The listing does not indicate if this training is paid, but it does note that applicants are expected to know the basics of the Chatbook app prior to it.

Seasonal Remote Customer Support for Chatbooks

Responsibilities include:

  • Building relationships with customers.
  • Addressing and troubleshooting customer inquiries and concerns.

Applicants for this position must have:

  • Typing speed of at least 50 WPM.
  • Familiarity with Chatbooks.
  • Availability to work 15-30 hours per week.
  • Consistent Internet.
