This Company Is Hiring a Talent Recruiter — Requires High School Diploma

Alorica, an outsourcing company, is hiring a remote talent acquisition recruiter who may work from anywhere in the United States.

You will be recruiting in all levels, including executive, managerial, professional, technical and non-exempt recruiting. You’ll work at every stage of the process, from the identification of the candidates to the interview, placement, promotion and external hire-for-employment. 

You’ll need a high school diploma or the equivalent, and some human resources experience. 

Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Alorica

Responsibilities include:

  • Working with hiring managers on recruiting
  • Researching and making recommendations regarding recruiting metrics.
  • Creating job descriptions.
  • Screening and interviewing candidates.
  • Conducting skills assessments.
  • Drafting offer letters.
  • Overseeing pre-employment requirements to ensure compliance and proper tracking.

Applicants for this position must have:

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent (associate degree preferred.)
  • Human resources experience.
  • Knowledge of Oracle.
