Responsibilities include providing support for customers via email, chat and phone; using metrics and consumer insights to improve the company; and using tools including Talkdesk, Zendesk and Slack.
A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and experience working in customer service experience at a tech startup or high-volume company is preferred.
