How’d you like a work-from-home job with regular weekday business hours?

Sutherland, a support service company, is hiring a customer care billing representative. The job is available anywhere in the U.S.; work hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday.

In this role, you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls for a commercial real estate customer, reviewing invoices and resolving payment issues.

You’ll need a bachelor’s degree and at least two years’ experience in a finance or equivalent field. 

This position pays up to $21/ hour and includes company-provided equipment.

Responsibilities include:

• Making inbound and outbound calls to and from customers.
• Applying cash and credit flow against invoices and debits.
• Responding to customer issues.

Applicants for this position must have:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least two years’ experience in a finance field or the equivalent.
• Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
