CharterUP, an online marketplace for charter bus reservations, is hiring an operations support agent. This is a full-time remote position paying $60,000 annually plus benefits. You may work either weekdays from 2 to 11 p.m. EST plus weekend rotations, or weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST plus weekend rotations.

Your responsibilities include auditing trips and collecting missing data; responding to incoming vendor phone calls and emails; and negotiating and booking last-minute trips.

You must have a bachelor’s degree or four years of related work experience; the ability to multitask; and the ability to work well under pressure.
