Nordic Naturals, a supplement company, is hiring a customer service specialist.

As long as you live more than 40 miles outside of Watsonville, California, you may work remotely full time. The estimated pay is $20-$22 per hour plus benefits.

Your responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, resolving product and service issues, and sharing product knowledge with customers.

You must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Zendesk and Shopify. You also should have at least six months of related experience and multitasking abilities.
