- Writing internal and external knowledge base articles and canned responses to common questions.
- Helping with process improvement projects.
Applicants for this position must have:
- At least two years of relevant experience.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- A year of experience in customer support for a product or service that involves a software offering or platform.
- A year experience working with Zendesk or something similar.
