This is a full-time remote position with an expected salary between $52,500 and $73,500.

Responsibilities include providing customer support, handling escalated cases and helping with process improvement projects.

You must have at least two years of relevant experience, including a year of experience working with Zendesk or a similar platform.

  • Prioritizing tickets based on the needs of the team.
  • Writing internal and external knowledge base articles and canned responses to common questions.
  • Helping with process improvement projects.

Applicants for this position must have:

  • At least two years of relevant experience.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • A year of experience in customer support for a product or service that involves a software offering or platform.
  • A year experience working with Zendesk or something similar.
