Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining the U.S. benefits program.
  • Helping with the global benefits programs.
  • Partnering with other team members on the 401(k) administration.
  • Overseeing global time off programs. 
  • Managing completion of U.S.-specific compliance items.
  • Helping maintain program renewals, vendor changes and new program expansion.

Applicants for this position must have:

  • At least two years experience administering benefits programs.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with Mac OS and Google Suite.
  • Project management skills and superior attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Workday or other HRIS.
  • Experience working with global or multi-region benefits programs.
