Got a GED and 6 Months of Experience? Work From Home as a Customer Care Rep

Citywide Banks is hiring a customer care representative to work from home. This is a full-time position from 12:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. CST that is expected to pay $17 per hour.

You will be answering customer questions via email, chat and phone to help troubleshoot issues. You will also be processing orders, forms, applications and requests.

You must have a high school diploma or GED, plus at least six months of customer service experience. You should also be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.
