LawnStarter, a lawn care tech startup, is hiring a remote quality assurance specialist. You may be based anywhere in the U.S. for this full-time opportunity.

You will be analyzing agent performance, ensuring consistency and participating in calibration activities. You’ll need at least one year of call center experience and a webcam. Experience with AWS and Zendesk is preferable.
