Therabody, a wellness technology company, is hiring a customer service representative.
This is a full-time remote position expected to pay between $18 and $22 per hour.
You will be responsible for managing and escalating customer questions via email, chat and phone, including following up on customer issues.
Applicants must have at least two years experience with customer service in the health and wellness industry or in a direct-to-consumer business role; experience with Salesforce, Zendesk or other customer service platforms; and great written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities include:
- Managing and escalating customer questions via email, chat and phone.
- Triaging customer concerns within time limits, and following up.
- Providing accurate, valid and complete information.
