Sandstone, a treatment program, is hiring a talent sourcing manager. 

This is a full-time remote position, although some travel may be required. The salary is expected to be $60,000 to $70,000.

Responsibilities include managing a team of talent sourcing specialists; developing sourcing strategies to attract candidates; and conducting candidate assessments and screenings.

You must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; experience in talent sourcing, recruiting or talent acquisition; and experience leading, developing and supporting a team.
