Have Call Center Experience? Ciox Is Hiring a Contact Center Leader

Ciox, a health care data management solutions company, is hiring a contact center leader. This is a full-time remote position. 

You will be responsible for resolving customer issues; reviewing and approving timesheets; recommending improvement opportunities; and meeting productivity targets and quality standards.

You must have a high school diploma, at least two years of call center experience (including at least one year in a leadership capacity) and an understanding of call center operations.
