Help Deliver Healthy Office Snacks as a Customer Care Rep at Caroo

At Caroo, you’ll be on snack duty as a full-time customer care associate. The employee-gifting startup, formerly known as SnackNation, supplies employers with healthy snack options for their employees — plus premium gift options and other team building experiences.

As a customer care associate, you’ll primarily be in charge of ordering remote care packages and monthly office snack deliveries. 

To qualify, you should have at least one year of related customer service experience plus knowledge of Salesforces, Zendesk or other similar software tools.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ordering remote care packages and office snack deliveries
  • Fielding questions from clients via phone calls and emails.
  • Upselling, upgrading or possibly downselling services based on clients’ needs.

Applicants for this position must have:

  • At least one year of customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of Salesforces, Zendesk or other similar software platforms.
