Seesaw, a learning platform, is hiring a contract customer support specialist.

This contract is from June 3 to the end of September. It’s a 40-hour per week position paying $17 per hour.

Responsibilities include solving customer issues via email, using spreadsheets to process data and resolve mistakes and escalating software challenges.

You must have at least two years of customer support experience, computer skills and writing and communication skills.
