Cox Automotive is hiring a remote client services representative in or near Wilmington, Ohio. 

In this role, you will help clients in assigned DMV jurisdictions over the phone with loans, titles, plates and tags. phone calls to help clients with loans, titles, plates and tags. Applicants should have a background in customer service and, preferably, at least two years of experience DMV, lender or dealership state title experience. 

The hours for this job will be between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. The salary is $19.50 per hour plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus after the first 90 days for offers made through Aug. 31. Responsibilities include:

  • Creating loan and title documents for automotive lending transactions.
  • Helping customers and clients with vehicle titles and registrations.
  • Resolving issues relating to contracts with clients. 

Applicants for this position must have:

  • Customer service experience.
  • Ability to work well with a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude while handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
