Make About $19/Hour As a Customer Support Rep for Universal Audio

Universal Audio, an audio interface company, is hiring a customer support representative.

This is a full-time remote position that’s expected to pay about $19 per hour plus benefits. 

Responsibilities include helping Universal Audio customers via phone, chat and online and providing configuration and troubleshooting support.

You must have a high school diploma or the equivalent, the understanding of customer service principles and knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting Windows and Mac computers.
