Amy Porterfield, an online marketing company, is hiring a seasonal part-time customer experience representative to work from home. You would be working 25-31 hours per week during the weekdays and weekends from July to October.

You will be responsible for monitoring submissions and helping members with their questions; resolving customer support tickets and escalating recurring issues; and helping the customer experience director with customer support strategy needs.

You must have at least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a virtual environment; the ability to work on Apple operating systems; and great grammar skills.
