No Weekends: Work as a Call Center Rep for Conduent (Benefits Included)

Conduent, an outsourcing company, is hiring a call center representative. This is a remote job for anyone in the United States, and it pays $15 an hour. Shifts are between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

You will be responsible for responding to customer questions using standard scripts, gathering information and documenting calls.

You must have a high school diploma or GED. One year of medical insurance or medical office experience is preferred. Some computer system experience, call center experience or professional office experience is also preferred.

• Providing information regarding eligibility, claim status and provider enrollment status.
• Acting as an advocate for the medical provider.
