Responsibilities include helping customers improve business relationships, using fact-finding sales methods to customize the program for customers and following the customer complaint resolution policy.
This is an entry-level job, but you must have a high school diploma or the equivalent, one year of customer service experience, and organizational skills. Pay is not disclosed.
