Customer-service outsourcer Working Solutions is hiring seasonal event ticketing and sales contractors in 46 states. (Sorry, residents of California, New York, Pennsylvania and Washington.) To qualify, you should have strong computer literacy and at least one year of “high-volume” customer service experience in a call-center or retail-type environment.

Independent contractors don’t receive benefits from the company.

Seasonal Event Ticketing and Sales at Working Solutions

 Responsibilities include:

• Responding to incoming calls from customers interested in purchasing tickets to events from Working Solutions’s clients.
• Using websites and resources to ideally “provide first call resolution,” or escalating the customer’s inquiry to the appropriate team.

Applicants for this position must have:

• At least one year of related customer service experience in a “high-volume” environment.
• Residency in one of 46 states (not including California, New York, Pennsylvania and Washington).
