These Temporary COVID-19 Vaccination CS Jobs Pay Up to $17/Hour (Nashville)

Xtend Healthcare, a division of Navient, is seeking Tennessee residents in the Nashville area to work from home as COVID-19 vaccination call center agents.

In this role, you’ll help customers schedule their vaccination appointments and make reminder phone calls about those appointments. You’ll contact people who have registered but have not yet scheduled appointments, as well as people who missed their appointments or who have not scheduled their second dose yet.

These full-time jobs are temporary and will last three to six months, although that time frame can change based on business needs. You’ll work Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m CST.

Applicants must have a high school diploma and customer service experience. You also must have a quiet home office and access to a computer that is less than three years old and that runs Microsoft Windows 10. Additionally, you must have high speed internet and access to either a landline or cell phone. 

English speakers will earn $16 per hour, but people who are bilingual in English and Spanish will be paid $17 per hour. Training is paid, but benefits are not included.

  • Contacting potential patients to schedule vaccines.
  • Providing customers with additional resources.

Applicants for this position must have:

  • A high school diploma.
  • Residency in Tennessee.
  • Customer service experience.

Benefits include:

  • $16-$17 per hour.
