Assurant, an insurance company, is hiring a customer care professional. This full-time, remote position, can be done from anywhere in the United States except Florida. The preferred candidate lives in the Eastern and Central time zones. 

The expected salary range is $14 to $21 per hour plus a $500 new hire bonus. The job posting says the company is hiring for both day and night shifts.

Responsibilities include answering inbound calls; listening, solving problems and answering questions; and making recommendations that help customers avoid future issues.

Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED; great communication and listening skills; and attention to detail. A minimum of six months of call center experience is preferable.
