SelectQuote, an insurance company, is hiring a customer service representative. This is a full-time remote position for anyone living in the United States.

Responsibilities include providing customer service to SelectQuote Auto & Home’s clients. You’ll be speaking with clients over the phone, handling objections, reinforcing the buying decision and persuading clients to return their paperwork.

You should preferably have at least six months of property and casualty experience, and be willing to obtain a property and casualty license.

  • Answering client phone inquiries about their policies.
  • Managing voicemails and emails.
  • Helping with carrier follow-ups when needed.
  • Handling objections, reinforcing the buying decision and persuading clients to return their paperwork.
  • Onboarding new clients.

Applicants for this position must have:

  • Good phone manners and professional etiquette.
  • At least six months of property and casualty experience is preferred.
  • The willingness to obtain a property and casualty license.
