• Overseeing initial and ongoing training for partners.

Applicants for this position must have:

• At least 2 years of experience in customer support vendor management or a similar experience.
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate international vendors.
